Terms of Use
The terms that apply to your use of studiosoldout.com
1. Acceptance
By using studiosoldout.com you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
2. Who runs the site
The site is operated by Studio Soldout Tasarım ve Mühendislik Hizmetleri Limited Şirketi, Fenerbahçe Mah. İğrip Sk. No: 13 İç Kapı No: 1, Kadıköy / Istanbul, Türkiye, info@studiosoldout.com.
3. Intellectual property
The designs, product forms, photographs, texts, logo and marks on this site belong to Studio Soldout or are licensed to it. Commercial use, copying or derivative work from the product photographs and texts without permission is not allowed.
Architects and interior designers may use the product images and technical information in their own project presentations and specifications, with attribution. This permission does not extend to relicensing to third parties or distributing the material as stock imagery.
Rights in the form and design of the pieces are reserved; unauthorised copies will be pursued.
4. Accuracy of content
Technical values reflect the data valid at the time of publication. Values and dimensions may change as a piece develops. Confirm in writing any value you intend to put in a specification before ordering. A row marked as missing in the technical table is a value that is not yet settled and should not be written into a specification as it stands.
Colour varies from screen to screen. Natural materials vary in tone and texture from piece to piece.
5. Prices
Prices are shown according to the price list for the visitor's region. A displayed price is an invitation to treat, not an offer; only a written quotation is binding. Where no price is shown, it is given on request.
A price shown incorrectly through an obvious error does not bind Studio Soldout; in that case the order request is declined and the buyer is told.
6. Order requests
No payment is taken online. A request sent through the basket is an order request, not an order. A binding order is formed when the proforma invoice we send is approved in writing.
7. Unacceptable use
Crawling the site with automated tools in a way that overloads it.
Filling in forms with false information or in bulk.
Attempting to bypass security measures or gain unauthorised access.
Reproducing or republishing the content commercially without permission.
8. Limitation of liability
The site is provided as it is. It is not guaranteed to run without interruption or error. To the extent the law allows, we accept no liability for indirect loss arising from use of the site. This limitation does not affect statutory liability arising from a piece that has been sold.
9. Links
The site may link to third-party sites. Studio Soldout is not responsible for their content.
10. Changes
These terms may be updated without prior notice. The current version is published on the site. Once a contract is formed, the terms in force on that date apply to that order.
11. Governing law
Turkish law applies to these terms. For consumer matters the Turkish Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction; otherwise the Istanbul Anadolu Courts.
