Every piece is made after you order it, finished by hand, and built so it can be taken apart again.

Shipping
Pieces are handed over in Istanbul and shipped worldwide from there, packed in custom crating for glass and stone. Shipping is quoted after your enquiry, once dimensions and destination are known. Export formalities, import duties and local taxes are the recipient's.
Looking after the piece
Crackle glass
The fracture layer is sealed between glass surfaces and is structural, not damage. Clean with a soft dry cloth.
Metal finishes
Powder-coated and satin stainless surfaces need only dusting.
Goatskin parchment
A natural material: tone and grain differ from panel to panel. Dust with a soft dry cloth; keep away from damp.
Silk chiffon
Dust with a soft brush. Do not wash.
Spare parts and repair
Every piece is screwed rather than glued, so glass, cable, holders and light sources can be replaced. Spare parts are available indefinitely — write with the piece name and roughly when you bought it. Repairs outside normal wear are quoted case by case.
Returns
Made-to-order pieces are produced for you specifically. If something arrives damaged or not as described, tell me within 14 days and it will be replaced or repaired at no cost. Transit damage is covered — photograph the crate before opening where possible.
