1. Who we are

Studio Soldout is a design and production studio based in Istanbul. This policy explains how your personal data is handled when you visit studiosoldout.com or get in touch. 2. What we collect

Only what you send us, plus the technical data the site needs to work. The full list is in the Data Protection Notice.

Preferences such as your saved pieces stay in your browser and are never sent to our servers. No payment is taken on the site, so card details never reach us.

3. Why we process it

To answer your enquiry and prepare a quotation.
To make and deliver your order and support it afterwards.
To meet bookkeeping and invoicing obligations.
To send news of new pieces and fairs, if you have asked for it.
To measure visit statistics, if you have consented.
To keep the site secure and prevent misuse.

4. If you are in the EU or the United Kingdom

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, our lawful bases are: performance of a contract (article 6(1)(b)) for orders and quotations; legal obligation (article 6(1)(c)) for accounting and tax; legitimate interests (article 6(1)(f)) for managing the customer relationship and site security; and consent (article 6(1)(a)) for marketing messages and non-essential cookies.

You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and you may withdraw consent at any time. Write to info@studiosoldout.com. You may also complain to your national data protection authority — in the United Kingdom, the ICO.

Studio Soldout is established in Türkiye, so data you send us is transferred there. For orders and quotations that transfer is made under article 49(1)(b) of the GDPR, as necessary for performance of a contract; otherwise it is made on the basis of your consent.

5. Who we share it with

Our hosting and email providers, our analytics provider where you have consented, couriers, our accountant, and public authorities where the law requires it. We never sell or rent your data.

6. How long we keep it

Order and invoice records ten years, unconcluded enquiries three years, contact messages two years. After that, records are deleted or anonymised.

7. Security

The site runs over HTTPS. The admin panel is reachable only by authorised accounts with two-step verification. Row-level access rules apply in the database, so only an authorised account can read customer records. Even so, no method of transmission is completely secure.

8. Children

The site is not directed at anyone under eighteen and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
