2. What we collect
We process only what you send us yourself.
Contact form: name, email address, message, company name where given.
Order request (basket): name, email address, telephone number, delivery address, the pieces and options selected, delivery note.
Project and specification enquiry: name, email, practice, role, project name and location, indicative quantity.
Marketing permission, if given: name and email address.
Automatically: the country derived from your IP address, used only to decide which price region to show, plus your language and theme preference.
We collect no special category data. No payment is taken on the site, so card details never reach us and are never stored.
3. Why we process it, and on what basis
To assess your request, prepare a quotation, enter into a contract and make and deliver the piece — article 5/2-c of Law 6698.
To answer your questions and provide after-sales support — articles 5/2-c and 5/2-f.
To issue invoices and meet accounting and tax obligations — article 5/2-ç.
To keep enquiry and customer records and manage repeat project relationships — article 5/2-f.
To send commercial electronic messages — article 5/1, explicit consent, together with consent under Law 6563.
To measure visit statistics — explicit consent, where you have given it.
To exercise a right of legal defence in the event of a dispute — article 5/2-e.
4. Who we share it with
We never sell or rent your data for marketing. Data is shared only as far as the service requires:
Our hosting and database provider — the application runs on Lovable Cloud, with data held in the European Union.
Our email delivery provider — servers in Ireland.
Our analytics provider — only if you consent.
Couriers and logistics firms — only the name, address and telephone number needed for delivery.
Our accountant.
Public authorities where required by law.
Transfers abroad are made under article 9 of Law 6698 and only where necessary for performance of the contract.
5. How long we keep it
Order, contract and invoice records: ten years, as required by law.
Enquiries quoted but not concluded: three years from last contact.
Contact form messages: two years.
Marketing consent and its history: three years from withdrawal.
Cookies: for the life of each cookie; see the Cookie Policy.
Once the period ends, records are deleted, destroyed or irreversibly anonymised.
6. Your rights
Under article 11 of Law 6698 you may ask whether your data is processed and, if so, request information about it; learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly; know the third parties to whom it has been transferred at home or abroad; request correction if it is incomplete or wrong; request erasure or destruction; request that these actions be notified to the third parties concerned; object to a result produced against you solely by automated analysis; and claim compensation for loss caused by unlawful processing.
7. How to apply
Send your request, with information establishing your identity, to info@studiosoldout.com or in writing to Fenerbahçe Mah. İğrip Sk. No: 13 İç Kapı No: 1, Kadıköy / Istanbul. We answer within thirty days. If your request is refused or unanswered, you may complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board.
8. Changes
This notice is updated as needed. The current version is always published at studiosoldout.com.
